La spiaggia di Torre di Gaffe
This beach and the adjacent village take the name from the homonymous coastal Tower of the sixteenth century. “Torre di Gaffe” (Italian name) is the western border beach between Licata and Palma Di Montechiaro, it is a windy place, for this reason is frequented practically all year by kitesurfing, Wind Surfing and Surfing lovers coming from all parts of Sicily, a paradise for enthusiasts.
This beach was the scene of the Second World War clashes, so many war finds have been found.
The sand is golden, the turquoise waters, the crystal clear sea, spectacular scenic charm, you can admire a long stretch of coast from Pisciotto to the beach of Rocca.
Easy to reach either from the highway 115 or from the provincial road San Michele. Free parking.
